Hi! My name is Stacy Smith and I am a Nurse Practitioner in Franklin Tennessee.

What if you could feel well and actually enjoy everyday of life? My goal is to help optimize your health so that you can live everyday feeling amazing. I am passionate about preventive care, weight management and hormone replacement when necessary.

I love to get to the root cause of disease. Building a strong foundation is important and consistency is key! I will faciliate a plan for you and I will be by your side all the way. Stacy Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a Behavioral Change Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also a board-certified Radiologic Technologist in Radiology, Mammography, and Computed Tomography through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

With a strong clinical background in radiology, Stacy developed a focused interest in preventive and lifestyle-based medicine. Her clinical interests include weight management, hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, exercise, and comprehensive wellness strategies designed to improve long-term health outcomes and quality of life.

Stacy earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Belmont University and has completed advanced training in functional blood chemistry, hormone therapy, aesthetics, and nutrition. Stacy is certified in Hormone Replacement Therapy through the Hormone Health Institute. She integrates evidence-based practice with a patient-centered, holistic approach to care.

Stacy is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). She also volunteers with The Next Door Recovery in Nashville, supporting women as they work toward recovery and improved health.
